Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase! If you change your mind, we're happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery — just make sure your item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Please note, we don’t offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll make it right in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Just get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order, and include your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a refund, replacement, or repair as needed.
