Vintage Timber Wash Board

Worn by time and marked by hand, each Vintage Wash Board carries the gentle rhythm of daily life from another era. Originally used for scrubbing clothes, these wooden boards have found new life as sculptural pieces that add texture, character and story to your home.

The carving on each board is unique, telling its own tale through pattern and grain. Some are deeply ridged and weathered while others carry softer curves and subtle tones. Whether displayed leaning against a kitchen wall, placed on a shelf or hung as part of a curated collection, this piece brings raw beauty and history into the everyday.

These boards invite you to slow down and reconnect with the honest simplicity of handmade objects. No two are ever the same, and that is what makes them special.

A functional artefact turned piece of art, this is for those who love objects that whisper of lives once lived.
